Irish Classes for Adults with Gaelchultúr. Autumn 2017.
Course duration: 10 weeks. Class times: 7.00-9.00pm. Course Fee: €200.

Elementary: Mondays, begins 25/9/17
Lower Intermediate: Tuesdays, begins 26/9/17
Upper Intermediate: Tuesdays, begins 26/9/17

Gradam Uí Chuanacháin

Applications are now open for Gradam Uí Chuanacháin, the Irish in Business Awards. If you know of any business that promotes and uses Irish in any way, be sure to get them to contact us to be part of this years competition.

Book Club

This month’s Book Club meeting will be tomorrow (Wednesday) at 19.30. The meeting itself is free and there are still copies of ‘Cú Cosantóir’ available from the centre for €12. Everyone welcome and the date for next month’s meeting and book will be announced shortly!

Parents and Kids Group

A new parents and kids group has begun and meets at the centre at 11.00 on Fridays. Feel free to get in touch if you and your child would like to join!


Don’t forget that membership is always available and greatly helps with the work here at Gael-Taca; €10 regular membership, €5 student membership, and Gold Membership is available for €50 for those hoping to give an extra help. Membership is available from our site here.

Weekly Events

Coffee morning on Tuesday at 11.00. Be sure to contact us in advance to find out where they will be meeting! The Thursday coffee morning will be on as usual at 11.00 at the centre. All welcome. Yoga is now on a break for the summer but will return at the end of August.

Using the Gael-Taca Centre

The centre is open to any person or group that wish to use it for an Irish language event. Feel free to get in touch with us to discuss something you have in mind.
